Chael Sonnen: Vitor Belfort Nearly Unstoppable.

image via ESPN

UFC on FUEL TV anchorman, Chael Sonnen, took to his time on the air to praise Vitor Belfort ahead of his UFC on FX 8 main event against Luke Rockhold.

Rockhold has proven to be a force in the middleweight division, he also comes in as the betting favorite, but for Sonnen, he’s not all that sold on the former Strikeforce champion.

Here is what Chael said about Vitor Belfort:

“He’s just as fast, he’s just as accurate, he’s just as intimidating, but he’s a lot smaller – when he made his [UFC] debut he was heavyweight, then he came down to light heavyweight, won the championship over Randy Couture. Now he’s down at middleweight. This guy is almost unstoppable. Outside of Anderson Silva, we haven’t seen anybody that can beat him here. Really big test and I think finally mentally he’s starting to believe in himself.”
