Chad Mendes slated to face Harcan Dias at UFC on FX6 | UFC News

UFC featherweight, Chad Mendes is slated to face Harcan Dias at UFC on FX6 taking place Saturday, Dec. 15, at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre in Broadbeach, Gold Coast, Australia. The main card airs live on FX Friday, Dec. 14, in the U.S. due to the time difference following prelims on FUEL TV.

Mendes delivered a 31-second TKO to Cody McKenzie at UFC 148.  Less than a month later Mendes was charged with battery for allegedly sucker punching a man during a bar brawl in Hanford, Ca. possibly resulting up to six months in county jail and a possible $2,000 fine.

Dias is on a 9 fight win streak losing only once in his pro career.  UFC 147 opposite Yuri Alcantara was Dias’ octagon debut.

The Aldo connection:

Why should this guy be facing chad mendes, which is easily top five in featherweight?

  2. Cause they have no one to fight him

  3. DDdddddd says:

Someone just ran up and sucker punched me when I was trying to post this. If he dominates
