Bellator MMA has reportedly signed former UFC flyweight and bantamweight contender Sergio Pettis to a multi-fight contract. Sergio Pettis recently became a free agent when his UFC contract ran out. He decided to test the free-agent market, and evidently Bellator came up with the best offer for his services.

Aniah Blanchard, the daughter of UFC heavyweight contender Walt Harris is missing, and “The Big Ticket” is asking the public for help finding her. On Friday, Walt Harris posted a message on his social media channels pleading with the public for help finding his missing 19-year-old daughter Aniah, who is missing in Auburn, Alabama.
Justin Gaethje rips 'little coward' Conor McGregor after comeback announcement

On Thursday, former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor laid out plans for a comeback, starting on January 18. While McGregor didn’t specify an opponent for his next fight, ESPN reporter Ariel Helwani subsequently clarified that Donald Cerrone is the most likely option for the Irishman’s next fight, while Justin Gaethje is also a possibility. Gaethje has caught wind of this news, and doesn’t seem happy that he’s the second priority after Cerrone. He did, after all, beat Cerrone just a few weeks ago.

Early this morning, at a press event in Moscow, Russia, former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor laid out plans for a return to the Octagon on January 18 in Las Vegas, Nevada. ESPN reporter Ariel Helwani subsequently added that the most likely opponents for McGregor’s return are Justin Gaethje and Donald Cerrone, with Cerrone being the current frontrunner. “I have some news for you all, for the world, here today,” McGregor told the media in attendance in the Russian capital (transcript via MMA Fighting).

It should come as no surprise that he also called out his chief rival, UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. McGregor has recently been calling for a rematch with Russia’s Nurmagomedov in Moscow, but feels the champion doesn’t want to fight in that setting.
