Jay Hieron, Tarec Saffediene, and Pat Healy are hardly low level guys….and with Ben Askren on the way to help out I am very confident BJ is surrounding himself with a winning formula
He has brought in Hieron, Saffiedine, Woodley, Askren, Healy, and Josh Thomson. Each has been a title contender, three have been champs (one still the champ). Whether they have fought in the UFC or outside of it, each of those guys is a high level fighter and can hold their own with some of the best in their respective divisions. You sir, are a tool.

I think BJ is underestimating Rory Heirons not a good enough training partner Rory would toss him around like Diaz.He needs to train with people that just wrestle,olympic calibur at that.And then train striking with world class strikers.Rorys training with GSP and everything you see GSP doing in preperation for Condit Rorys along for the ride BJs my favorite fighter but someone needs to piss him off and motivate him,this wont cut it.
