Caio Magalhaes vs. Karlos Vemola added to UFC on FUEL TV 10 | UFC NEWS
A match-up between Middleweights has been added to the UFC on FUEL TV 10 card that will take place in Brazil on June 8th.
Caio Magalhaes (5-1) will take on Karlos Vemola (9-3) on a card that will feature Fabrico Werdum vs Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira as the Main Event.
Magalhaes will be making just his second appearance inside the octagon. His debut against Buddy Roberts at UFC on FX 3 ended with him suffering the first loss of his career. A second loss in a row may force the UFC’s hand in cutting the young Brazialian.
Coming into the fight as a UFC veteran, Vemola has been inconsistent inside the octagon, having lost his last fight to Francis Carmont at UFC on FUEL TV 4. Having gone 2-3 in his five fights in the UFC, Vemola will try to stave off posting the first losing streak of his career. An exciting fighter none the less Vemola has scored both of his wins by finishing his opponent; TKO of Seth Petruzelli and Rear-Naked choke submission of Mike Massenzio.
With both men coming off a loss, the loser of this fight may end up being cut by the UFC.
