Thats awesome
What did you think the “big announcement” from Dana was going to be Jon Fitch humping someones leg on national prime time T.V. for 15 minutes? YEAH RIGHT!!!! Can you imagine how let down not only all the fans would be but the FOX execs who are also big UFC fans their mouths would drop to the ground. Are you serious you are really going to give us the most boring fighter in the history of MMA anywhere in the world to be on your dayview on FOX. Too bad its not April 1st that would have been an all-time classic April fools joke to play on UFC fans and FOX huh?
Cain vs Dos Santos damn you got to admit Dana more than came thru and delivered for us fans this time. I think this more than makes up for the $55 Dana/UFC screwed us on in Abu dahbi. You all know the rich towel heads over in Abu dabi are major shareholders in the UFC but thye sure m ust have been pissed off about how much of a FLOPPPPP that card on their sandpile was cause they canceled any return engagements there and nothing has been said about ever doing another UFC over there. nothing like shitting on someone that gave you a billion dollars to expand your company.
Fair enough with the comments…..but keep the hate in check there buddy..there’s been plenty of other shitty cards
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. This would be a huge draw to the pay-per-view crowd. Thank you Dana. This is the best possible fight one could see on FOX
I read a reports saying the broadcast will only feature this fight, so you will have to purchase the PPV to see the rest of the fights, not really that great of a deal but I’ll take it.
yeah, I don’t really see how this is that big of an announcement. they’re giving you one free fight that we as mms fans knows might end in the first half of the first round not to mention they may get injured during their camps *knock on wood* . Don’t really see the significance of this all…
so Cains fighting again in Aneheim! **** YEAH HERE I COME!… AGAIN! was there when he humiliated Brock Lesnar!
niceee … couldn’t ask for a better main event .. and its free!
Hell YEAH!
JDS going down – to F’ing cocky
bdizz…
how is JDS cocky?
Yeah, please explain… He’s one of the most humble fighters out right now.
I agree. He isn’t cocky…You mad bro cuz he does his sword slash thing when his name gets announced?
I normally don’t do this, but your comment is soo stupid it deserves it. It is “too” f’ing cocky you moron.
you all idiots for getting mad at his comment
Your an idiot for getting mad at everyone else getting mad at his comment.
@ bdizz you are an idiot, plain and simple.. JDS is as humble as they come, you never hear him brag about himself he gives props to god for his wins and his success..
Oh shittz.. Bdizz said something negative about the wrong fighter! Bdizz.. U screwed up homie! LOL
your too
agreed the closest thing to cocky that JDS ever says is i believe I can knockout anyone but usually he will say before that his opponent is very tough and give lots of compliments
STFU
JDS is far from cocky…in fact, you got two of the coolest guys in JDS and Cain….dumb sh##. lol.
@bdizz: JDS aint cocky, you tard! Please update your info before you leave comments on bj’s website… aiite~!
finally! JDS is going to kick cain`s ass! vamo cigano caralho! o povo da argentina esta com voce!!
This is awesome. Does anyone know what the other fight is yet?
Did not see a title fight coming for the debut (especially Anderson) but heck ya this is brilliant! Say what you will, Dana strikes again. And it’s FREE!!!!!!!! Love this F*****G sport!
WOW I was going to pay 50 bucks for this fight alone…now I get to watch it for free!!!!!!!!!!!
this
That’s dope
Wow, what a bombshell! Kinda thought Overeem was gonna be on this card some how, but this is a much better matchup to watch. Having the best two Heavyweights go at it on Free TV for the Championship, can’t get any better then that! Unless, they also move BJ vs. Condit to the Co-main Event….hmmmmmmm, I could only dream!!! LOL
wtf?! thought they were gonna be in San Jose!!!!!
WOW! I did not see that coming! Thats awesome news : )
Love it.. Now thats how you do business, give the fans what they want!!
WOW! im kind of pissed. I was looking forward to seeing them fight at the HP Pavilion since I’m from the Bay Area, but never the less I’m pretty thrilled that the fight is going to be free on Fox! Way to kick things off with them.
Now this is going to be a fight! This is what I have been waiting for apart from Penn vs. Condit!
Smart move.
They’ll put on a fast paced exciting, likely stand-up war, which is perfect for new fans.
Its the Heavyweight title.
While they are fun to watch, they aren’t huge draws, they might be after this though.
HELL YEAH !
It’s going to be a great fight between two hardworking and very technical fighters and I am certain the fans will not be disappointed!
jds!!!
WAR DOS SANTOS!!!!
Shittz.. I get to save $50 from ppv and win $100 from Cain whoopin some Jds ass! War Cain.. The Latin Emperor!
its brilliant! bringing the sport to people who haven’t seen it and having 2 fighters that always bring it all! It will be a great fight for the new and seasoned fans of MMA.
Preach it Josh. Cain vs JDS, Fox deal, and the last handful of cards have been top notch. Dana and the Fertitta’s are in the zone and on a roll. Keep it coming…
CAIN!
