Former International Boxing Federation lightweight champion Paul Spadafora can’t seem to stay away from trouble. The 40-year-old “Pittsburgh Kid” has had a history of trouble with the law and looks like he will soon be facing consequences from authorities once again.

Spadafora has been charged with assault after witnesses say that on Wednesday, the former champ picked a fight with a 63-year-old woman at the Redstone Tavern, located just west of Pittsburgh. Witnesses say that Spadafora challenged patrons in the bar to box with him and then put the 63-year-old woman in a headlock and drank her beer. When the woman went outside to call the police, Spadafora followed her and threw her to the ground.

Spadafora holds a 49-1-1 record and lost his first fight in 2013 after serving time in jail but managed to pick up another win in 2014 in his last fight in the ring.
