Bob Sapp Defeats Fedor Emelianenko In Japan

Bob Sapp finally found his calling. For the second year in a row, Sapp has won a Japanese celebrity arm wrestling tournament, beating former and current MMA fighters, sumo wrestlers, and other celebrities.

Who did he beat this year? None other than the greatest heavyweight of all time, Fedor Emelianenko. Sapp took out Emelianenko in the semi-final round, and ended up defeating a 415 pound sumo wrestler in the final to become a two-year consecutive champion of the tournament.

Sapp and Emelianenko were just two of the many MMA fighters included in the tournament. Other fighters who competed were Norifumi “Kid” Yamamoto, Kazushi Sakuraba, Alistair Overeem, Mark Hunt, and Kevin Randleman.

Sapp has become a bit of an joke in MMA as of late, with 12 straight losses on his record. Most of those losses have come against lower-level competition, and many times he submitted in strange circumstances.
