Listen to internet radio with FIST TA CUFF RADIO on Blog Talk Radio

BJPenn.com’s FIST-ta-CUFF Radio is back this week with a man who knows a thing or two about MMA and from then we head up North for a FIST full of MFC!

Our first guest Danny Acosta has been in the MMA game for some time and we are looking forward to discussing some of the hottest topics with him. We will talk some UFC and the recent signings and releases, TRT and it’s place in the sport, Rousey vs. Carmouche, the current state of the 145 lb. division and teammate vs teammate.Follow Danny on Twitter @AcostaIsLegend

Our next guest is a man who is all smiles in and out of the cage and I’m sure he has a grin as he makes his MFC debut as the Co-Main Event. Sam Alvey is riding a 2 fight win streak as he gets ready to take on Elvis Mutapcic for the MFC 185 lb. strap. We will talk the fight, TUF, and much more. Sam is a man that I can assure you is ready for his chance at the belt. Follow him on Twitter @SmilenSam

We kick off the second hour Jay Silva. Jay is set to take on Jacen Flynn in his MFC debut. Jay got interested in the sport after seeing the first season of The Ultimate Fighter. Jay trained under Renzo Gracie earning the level of Purple belt and has trained with some of the sports best. We will talk his journey in the sport, his upcoming fight, his goals for 2013, and of course what to expect from him inside the MFC. Follow Jay on twitter @JaySilvaMMA

You know with any MFC show the last man to close this show is the man who runs the MFC. President Mark Pavelich is back in the shop and we have plenty to talk from this card, the two belts on the the line, his current stable of fighters, to his plans for 2013. Mark Pavelich didn’t get where he is by holding anything back, and he never pulls punches when he’s on the show. Mark is ready are you? Follow Mark and the MFC on twitter @MarkPavelich & @MaximumFighting

The show starts at 7:30 PM PST 10:30 PM EST and Phone lines are open all show 646-915-9927 and we love to have listeners voice your thoughts and get in your questions.
