Tate is coming off of a submission victory over Julie Kedzie in Strikeforce last month and is eager to work her way into a rematch with rival Ronda Rousey. One of the premier stars in Women’s MMA, Tate will talk to BJPenn.com about her future and the upcoming Invicta FC 3 card on October 6th.

Speaking of the Invicta Fighting Championships, LaRosa will be making her debut for the organization against dangerous BJJ black belt Vanessa Porto. LaRosa is a true pioneer of WMMA and has long been considered one of the very best in the world. She is looking to showcase her elite skills against Porto on October 6th in what should be a very entertaining flyweight affair.

Finally, “Lil Heathen” Stephens will join the hosts to discuss his upcoming fight with Yves Edwards at UFC on FX 5. Stephens is coming off back to back losses to Donald Cerrone and Anthony Pettis but is still one of the most dangerous strikers in the UFC’s lightweight division.
