This week on BJPenn.com Radio, hosts Mitch Ciccarelli and Bryan Levick will be joined by another all-star panel of MMA luminaries including “The Legend” Frank Shamrock, top Strikeforce middleweight and former Green Beret Tim Kennedy, tough as nails UFC welterweight Matt Brown and kickboxing great Ray Sefo.

Shamrock is a former UFC Middleweight Champion (Renamed the Light Heavyweight Title) and Strikeforce Middleweight Champion. These days he is busy running a franchise of MMA schools and recently released his second book entitled; “Uncaged: My Life as a Champion MMA Fighter” You can also find him commentating Strikeforce events on Showtime.

Kennedy is one of the more active MMA fighters on the social networking sites. He recently challenged for the Strikeforce Middleweight Championship for the second time, but fell short to Luke Rockhold. His military background is well known as he has had multiple tours in Iraq & Afghanistan. He has been presented the Army’s Bronze Star Medal and other honors during his military career. He also does one hell of a Katy Perry impersonation.

Brown was recently married and is coming of a unanimous decision victory against Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson at UFC 145. Brown showed why he has never been knocked out as Thompson hit him with everything but the kitchen sink in the second round, but Brown does what he does best and kept moving forward. He is set to face Mike Swick on December 8th in Seattle on the UFC on Fox 5 card.

Sefo is a former 6-time world Muay Thai champion and 8-time K-1 World Grand Prix Finalist. He is the president of upstart promotion World Series of Fighting and has inked a deal with NBC Sports to air 8 to 10 events on the network.
