BJJ ace Robert Drysdale signs with the UFC

Brazilian jiu-jitsu whiz Robert Drysdale has joined the UFC light heavyweight roster.

Drysdale, who has won a world grappling title, will make his organizational debut against Ednaldo Oliveira at UFC 163 on Aug. 3 in Rio de Janeiro.

The 32-year-old Drysdale is one of the top instructors in the world and has helped corner UFC fighters, including Frank Mir.

Drysdale started his pro career in 2010 and has a 6-0 record with, no surprising, six first-round submissions.
UFC 163 takes place Aug. 3 at HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro.
