No matter what, BJ, behind you 100% !
Enjoy the family! But we’ll miss you in the octagon brotha!
You can tell Bj has not being getting much sleep thanks to his new daughter. He looks like he got bags under his eyes.I hope to see Bj fight again preferably a lw.If not bj will be remembered as a legend of the sport,a two weight champion, and guy that never backed down from a challenge.Good luck Bj in whatever you decide to do.
Take your time BJ.
No Rush. Nothing to prove. You are a living legend.
And Megan Olivi is cute!
Much love BJ & BIG Congratulations on your new baby girl!!! God Bless the entire Penn Family. I just want to add that YOU ARE and WILL ALWAYS BE my favorite fighter!!! Whatever you decide – I support YOU 100%
Man BJ is so Legendary! I got all pumped up to hear him finally speak haha. There will be plenty fighters with better records and longer careers but they won’t measure up to the Prodigy. I think it’s his attitude or personality that’s relateable. Cut from a different cloth is a better discription!
Much Respect BJ!
Good stuff BJ enjoy that chill time. & on a side note that girl interviewing him would get it.
Cool. He seems pretty at peace. Good for him.
Come on BJ. I have been a true Team Penn fan since day one. way back when before u were in the UFC. Honestly, im glad ur taking time off to be with ur family and chill out… but us die hard prodigy mma fans want to see u come back into octagon and fight. Please come back in 2012 and give the fans what they want brotha. TEAM PENN ALL DAY ~ JUST SCRAP.
No matter what you decide, you will always be my role model and idol! Thank you BJ for all great fights and one hell of a carreer!
And congratz on becoming a father again!
Love from Sweden!
You are the best bj good luck in your new jurney
After watching the Diaz-Penn fight a bunch of times yeah he lost but Diaz got messed up too BJ PENN will ALWAYS be the greatest if he does retire for good THANKS for the fights B!
respect this guy to the fullest, probably one of the ppl I got the most respect for and Ive never even met him!!
After watching this, it seems he’s done for good. He seems way too at peace with retirement. I got so excited after seeing his tweets at Nick Diaz but it looks like he’s content the way things are.
Da’ G.O.A.T!! Da’ PRODIGY!!!
100% BJPENN.COM ALL DA’ TIME!!!
NO BETTER NICK NAME THAN THE PRODIGY. ENJOY THE FAMILY BUD XO
Nothing but respect for BJ. When you got a family that you love and who loves you, that’s all that really matters in this World. I also have the opinion that if BJ did decide to fight again, The UFC would have to open up their wallet quite a bit more than they have in the past. ~BobO
Love and respect Bj. No matter want I’m behind you 100%
BJ looks bummed
part of me has a hunch that i do believe his words in being there for his family, but were he says hes teaching martial arts, and hes teaching himself martial arts, i feel like bj is shadely working on holes in his game on the DL, and come back and just kill it…could be dead wrong and probably dead wrong but its a hunch
If BJ comes back, I’ll pay double to watch him on PPV. If he stays retired, I’ll be happy as shit for him and his family. If anyone deserves to ride off in the Hawaiian sunset, it’s BJ. Dude has fought tons of tough fights in several weight classes and has earned his place in MMA history. I’m just glad that he knocked out Matt Hughes in their rubber match!
hope to see you sooner than later.
Good Times….
