Big Nog Ahead of Schedule | Back To Training Following Broken Arm (Video)
The always tough and durable heavyweight Nogueira brother dubbed “Big Nog” has returned to training faster than expected following his surgery to repair a broken arm delivered by the fast acting submission of Frank Mir at UFC 140. The incident took place on Dec. 10 just shy of three-months ago and already Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira is on the comeback trail. Pretty impressive to say the least.
