Betting Odds: Alexander Gustafsson Opens as Favorite Over Gegard Mousasi | UFC NEWS

Following the announcement of their bout at UFC on Fuel TV 9 on April 6 in Sweden, odds makers have released an opening line for Alexander Gustafsson vs. Gegard Mousasi. The odds favor Gustafsson with the advantage, as seen on BestFightOdds.com. This is not surprising for the young Swedish fighter, who is coming off a spectacular win over Mauricio Shogun Rua in a fight that had many fans thinking Gustafsson could contend for the title. He is also fighting in front of a home crowd, an added motivation if not just an advantage.
Gegard Mousasi, however, is also coming off a string of impressive fights. He is the former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion, and is entering this fight having won his last six fights. Both fighters will be looking to make a statement at 205 lbs- for Gustafsson, this fight may have title implications, and Mousasi is looking to enter the UFC with nothing short of a memorable win.

What are the odds? LOL
Mousasi is heavily underrated, don’t be surprised to see him beat Gustafsson.
With odds like that I’m temted to throw down some $$ on Mousasi!
Where can I put money on this? I’m from the Netherlands (duh) and we can’t bet on this here..Well not legally anyway..
Wait to bet on Gus. Mousasi fans will bring him down to a much nicer price!
he needs to fight sum1 like.. glover texeira, dan henderson, lyoto machida or jimi manuwa to get a title shot in my opinion & in my opinion every1 of them would knock him out
