Anthony Perosh vs. Vinny Magalhaes in the Works for UFC 163

A light-heavyweight bout between Anthony Perosh (13-7) and Vinny Magalhaes (10-6) is in the works for UFC 163.

UFC 163 is set for August 3rd at the HSBC Arena. Its main card will be broadcast on PPV while the preliminary cards will take place both on Facebook then FX.

Perosh is coming off of his first loss since amassing a three-fight win streak. Perosh was knocked out by Ryan Jimmo in just 7-seconds, the third fastest in the UFC record books. That fight took place last July at UFC 149.

As for the 28-year old Magalhaes, a unanimous decision loss to Phil Davis at UFC 159 marked his last fight.

Per UFC.com, the official fight card for UFC 163 includes only two bouts:

Featherweight Championship Bout: Jose Aldo vs. Anthony Pettis

Middleweight Bout: Demian Maia vs. Josh Koscheck
