This is after the 17 days he spent in jail. McCall was originally sentenced to 30 days in jail after being pulled over and was discovered to have two outstanding warrants in his name. McCall’s attorney, George Vargas states the warrants included one related to not completing 20 days of Cal Trans work stemming from a 2008 charge and the other for not showing up for court for a driving on a suspended license ticket that he thought he had handled.
