After Will Chope’s UFC Release, Assault Victim Speaks Out In Favor Of Him

Last weekend, Will Chope was let go by the UFC due to a domestic violence charge being brought to light.

Now, domestic violence is something that the UFC should always have a zero-tolerance policy for. There’s no excuse, no reason, and no explanation that would ever be good enough to warrant these kinds of actions.

But, what if the altercation happened five years ago? And what if both parties involved have long since moved on, and are now on the “same team”? What if this was an isolated incident, and the victim has publicly gone to bat for the assailant?

Such is the case, with Will Chope and his now ex-wife, who has taken to Facebook to show her support for Chope, and her anger towards this decision.

What do you think, guys and gals? Was his termination the right way to go? Or should the UFC bring Chope back?
