A Confident Connor McGregor Wants Anderson Silva Status By Age 30

“It makes no difference who I fight. It will be the same outcome. First round and it will be over. It’s not going past a minute. My US debut . . . it’s going to be insane.

By the time I’m 30, I’ll be the pound-for-pound champion and I’ll be considered in the same light as Anderson Silva. That’s six years from now.”

With a long list of first round finished to his credit, 24-year old Irishman, Conor MCGregor has high hopes for his potential in the UFC.

While he is one of the most hyped prospects in the organization, is it a bit too soon to be calling himself the next Anderson Silva?
