VIDEO | GSP And His Road Back To The Octagon | UFC NEWS

By Adam Conklin:

Georges St. Pierre discusses his long, challenging recovery as he prepares to return to the Octagon later this year to face Carlos Condit to unify the welterweight title. Georges has been out since mid-2011 with his last fight being a unanimous decision victory over Jake Shields. As he prepared for his title defense with Nick Diaz, (and ultimately Carlos Condit), he tore his ACL completely, making surgery an immediate necessity. He appears on the Ultimate Insider on Fuel TV to talk about his injury, and recovery extensively and explains what it means to rebuild a champion to become the best GSP we have ever seen.

  5. Donnybrook says:

Looks like there’s a bunch of pissed off Canucks!… maybe BJPenn.com can rectify this problem because I wouldn’t mind watching it myself.

  6. Donnybrook says:

Just watched the video on YouTube, hopefully we’ll get to see him fight this year. I was just thinking about all of the conspiracy theorist and how ****ing retarded they were saying he’s faking it and he’s ducking Diaz when we first heard about his injury… hopefully some of those shit for brain hater’s watch this and realize how stupid they are.

  7. DMAC says:

By the looks of that video he should be back this year. Gsp’s always seeking professional trainers to challenge him and keep things fresh, that’s why no ones on his level.

  8. Shawn says:

Anyone have a Canadian friendly link to this video?
