Joey Beltran vs. Anthony Perosh Booked For UFC on FX 6 | UFC NEWS

A light-heavyweight bout has just been added to the UFC’s sixth-fight-night scheduled on the popular FX cable network.
Both Joey Beltran and Anthony Perosh have agreed to face each other in Australia.
UFC on FX 6 is set to take place from the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre in Broadbeach, Gold Coast, Australia on Saturday Dec. 15. The evening’s main card will air in America on FX.
Beltran is a fan favorite who made his name in the UFC’s heavyweight division with epic wars against often oversized competition. After release from the promotion, the San Diego Native took to the regional circuit, dropped a weight-class and got the call back to the UFC as a light-heavyweight.
Perosh is an Australian fighter, who boasts the ranks of black belt as a Brazilian jiu jitsu practitioner. He last saw action at UFC 149 where he suffered a seven-second KO loss to promotional newcomer Ryan Jimmo.
The bout is currently scheduled for the evening’s preliminary card.
The current UFC on FX 6 card includes:
Ross Pearson vs. George Sotiropoulos
Hector Lombard vs. Rousimar Palhares
“The Ultimate Fighter: Australia vs. UK” welterweight final
“The Ultimate Fighter: Australia vs. UK” lightweight final
Joey Beltran vs. Anthony Perosh
Ednaldo Oliveira vs. Krzysztof Soszynski
