UFC Hands Out $60k Bonuses To Picket-Easton, McGregor & Madadi

This afternoon the UFC hit Fuel TV with UFC on Fuel TV 9 live from the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.

The event delivered a steady mix of fight results ranging from submission, KO, TKO and decision.

However, four fighters stood out from the rest and earned themselves a nice $60,000 bonus for their efforts.

Here is how it broke down.

Fight of the Night (FOTN) Bonus: Brad Pickett vs Mike Easton

Knockout of the Night (KOTN) Bonus: Conor McGregor

Submission of the Night (SOTN) Bonus: Reza Madadi

Did anyone else notice that the MINI-HULK mike Easton didn’t look half as JUICED UP as he usually does. I would say at least 50%of his size was gone which makes it obvious he is either off the JUICE or cut way back and you could notice it in his performance. He was not nearly as fired up and didn’t have nearly the strength or power to bully his opponent around cage like he normally would try and do. My guess is Dana’s warnings about TRT probably put the fear of getting busted in him.

IMO this last month has been probably lowest quality of MMA in years. It seems like with over 400 fighters on the UFC roster that they could field an event with better co-main event than Ryan Couture and Ross pearson. Seems like fighters these days are either in jured or saying they are injured to get out of fighting someone who is a bad matchup. 400 fighters and they have ahard time getting 16 quality fighters on one card. most if all fighters tonight were mid level at best with exception of Mousasi. Sorry Sweden UFC Fuel sucked and Bellator pretty much sucked on Thursday also. Its almost like all these thousands of fighters are using up their careers in the gym and we are seeing guys less and less in the cage. MMA is going downhill and I believe that is why Dana White and Fertitas are in negotiations as we speak selling out. What do they expect when they give clowns like Chael sonnen title shots over and over again. Fans are getting tired of the WWE like B.S. that is now going on in the UFC. mark my words Dana and Fertitas are cashing out as we speak but most fans won’t believe or hear about it for at least 6 months to a year. I’m not saying Dana won’t still be the front man but they are working on their $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ exit plan and have been for quite some time. Just look up Eugene Robinson blood elbow and see what he has uncovered with his vast network of UFC insiders. UFC is becoming more an dmore like the WWE every day and they have realized they will never be a main stream sport so all they care about is PROFIT now. Things like GSP refusing to fight Hendricks is just another example of how UFC is all BULLSHIT politics/WWE entertainment now. UFC is going downhill at a pace that they cannot recover from and I think wheels are starting to fall off behind the scenes.

I think there have been a lot of changes recently for sure. Maybe some of these guys are dejuising or maybe Easton’s learning beach muscles fill with blood and against Picket that ain’t good. The roster has gotten bigger but so has the push on local fighters and why match a future star badly before their acclimated. Ryan got the special treatment but his name says it all. Your obviously passionate about the whole thing and I appreciate that but don’t get your fillings removed too quick because Dana isn’t gonna penetrate your opinion through satellite. I think when they adjust to how these new guys are gonna sit in the mix you’ll get what you want.
P.S. It wouldn’t break my heart if mma never gets too mainstream and I don’t think the masses will be able to stomach it anyway.

get a grip mate, it was an amazing fight.. they are both tough as nails, he lost the fight because Brad Pickett got the better of him.. very close tho.

WTH? does screwed up Europe pay welfare for dudes to train in mma???? No wonder they’re broke and going under. McGregor said he was getting 188 euro per week welfare. Now the 60K plus is going to be sucked dry by 60% taxes!!!??? You blokes need to revolt.
